Commercial contract between the employer and Greenland Overseas Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd signed and stamped by both parties.
Specimen of Recrument Agreement
This agreement made and entered into by and between M/s Greenland Overseas Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd, a company duly registered to deploy manpower from Nepal and existing under the laws of Nepal with business address at Battisputtali, Kathmandu, Nepal and represented by Mr. R.B. Rai in his capacity as Managing Director here in after referred to as the FIRST PARTY.
And
M/s…………………. a company duly registered under the laws of ……………… with business address at P.O. Box. ……………….. county ……………….. and represented by Mr. ……………………. In his capacity as …………. herein after referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
Terms & Conditions..
1. That the first Party will make all the arrangement to supply manpower of workers from Nepal, as per the request and specification of Second Party.
2. Second Party will recruit workers from above country through first party for his company.
3. Second Party will agree to appoint first party as its legal representative in above country for the purpose of supplying manpower (Nepali Workers) for his company and will provide all the required documents such as power of attorney job order and contract agreement for the selected workers.
4. First Party shall provide office space and all the facilities which will be necessary for representative of Second Party in the final selection of required candidates. All representative shall be for the sole account of First Party.
5. First Party will be completed responsible to bring selected manpower from above country and will give guarantee for three months under this period if the deployed workers found to be medical unfit refuse to work or homesick. First Party will bear all the repatriation expenses of the said workers back to their country and bring replacement free of charges.
6. Second Party shall make available arrangement to make visa for all the selected workers.
7. Second Party will provide free accommodation and transportation for the selected workers here in country.
8. Second Party will provide medical facilities for the selected workers as per Country law.
9. This agreement takes effect t upon signing thereof by both the parties concerned.
10. First Party will make all the arrangement for workers to be here before 20 to 25 days from the day visa issued.
